Greetings, Internet! I hope everyone’s staying as safe and sane as can be! This week, I caught up with friends, binged “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” and underwent another (thankfully, more minor) procedure. Daily summaries below!

Day Seven Hundred and Forty-Three (3/25/22)

• Called my primary to get a covid test as a prerequisite for an upcoming procedure. Was told I needed to schedule a video visit first.
• Um. What.
• One video visit later, I have been cleared to come in for a covid test. Huzzah.
• Did the FES cycle.
• Therapy! Vented about all the procedures.
• Went in for the covid test. Stopped at a bakery on the way back to get a cookie.
• Did some laundry. Exciting.
• One of the #triotime ladies stopped by to catch up! We had dinner and watched the St. Peter’s and Purdue game. She’s not much of a March Madness viewer, so I explained the significance of the upset during the last two minutes of the game, to which my friend replied something to the effect of, “I would watch more sports if they were two minutes long and this exciting.” Lol.

• Wordle: In five!
• Currently feeling: Didn’t get to do any of the lesson plan revisions that I wanted to do, but I can do that tomorrow. And it’s better to have a day’s break from looking at my Latin translations, anyway.
• Currently looping: The Dark Side of the Moon covered Enya’s “May It Be” from “The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring” soundtrack. It’s glorious.

Day Seven Hundred and Forty-Four (3/26/22)

• Did some tax stuff, because my life is exciting.
• Some of the movie night group came over for noms and catching up. One person brought “Shabbat-in-a-Bag,” which was very sweet ^_^
• Yes, we watched an episode of “Is It Cake?” One friend got into it.
• Later caught up with the bestie.
• RIP, Taylor Hawkins T_T

Day Seven Hundred and Forty-Five (3/27/22)

• Did the FES cycle.
• Finally sent that lesson plan off!
• My boyfriend came over to watch the St. Peter’s game. Alas, they did not win.
• Wordle: Whoops.
• Currently feeling: I mean, I guess I’ll continue to watch March Madness.
• Currently looping: A bunch of Foo Fighters songs, because sadness.

Day Seven Hundred and Forty-Six (3/28/22)

• Who’s editing this lesson plan and handout based on the instructor’s feedback? This gal, right here.
• Did a bit of dissertationing, as well!
• Wow, today was super productive.
• Watched some of “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” with the boyfriend. Gosh, these people are terrible. But I can’t stop watching.
• Wordle: Whoops.
• Currently feeling: Huzzah for productivity!
• Currently looping: My Burn Things playlist.

Day Seven Hundred and Forty-Seven (3/29/22)

• Did the FES cycle.
• Then did a bunch of administrative things. My procedure got bumped a day, so that was…not great.
• My bestie stopped by! ‘Twas lovely to see her, if only briefly.
• Watched an episode of “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” in which a character who appeared for just the one episode became paralyzed at the end, so, um, also not great. I got the reference to “Million Dollar Baby,” but, yikes.
• Wordle: In four!
• Currently feeling: I have so much to catch up on.
• Currently looping: My Being Social playlist.

Day Seven Hundred and Forty-Eight (3/30/22)

• Got a call about when my procedure is going to be tomorrow. I have to get up really effing early.
• Darnit.
• Got some work done, but also was nervous about procedure, so, not enough work got done.
• Also the WiFi kept cutting out. Gah.
• Watched a bit more of “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” with the boyfriend.
• I still don’t think I deserve him.
• Wordle: Whoops.
• Currently feeling: Nervous AF.
• Currently looping: My Being Social playlist.

Day Seven Hundred and Forty-Nine (3/31/22)

• Up at 5:30am.
• At the hospital at 8:30am.
• I am so tired.
• One procedure later, ouch.
• My boyfriend picked me up from the hospital, and then got me Chick-fil-a. And then we watched “Horrible Bosses.” Because Charlie Day.
• Wordle: Whoops.
• Currently feeling: Ouch.
• Currently looping: Spiritbox’s “Eternal Blue” album.
